There are so many rumors out there about how the insurance companies are out to get us. Thank you for putting the current trends in chiropractic and managed care in perspective. I was considering purchasing some expensive equipment. Your advice on coding and reimbursement for the equipment was invaluable. 

I have never been audited or had an insurance company question my treatment until this year when I underwent an audit of ten patient files. I still handwrite my notes. It was a real experience, having someone question your judgement, but your advice made the process of the audit less scary. Fortunately, I keep good notes and the audit went well. Thank you for helping me with your suggestions. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. 

I belong to a practice management company. Sometimes I am uncomfortable with their suggestions for building my practice. Thanks for giving me a different perspective on PVA's, advertising, and using outcome assessment tools. My practice is growing and I feel better about how that is happening.
