1:1 CONSULTING 

Services:  Helping Chiropractors will provide personal consulting services on a monthly basis. (documentation and coding review are separate services) You can call, email or fax your questions and concerns as often as you need. Common topics such as avoiding fraud/abuse pitfalls, documenting medical necessity, ethical optimization of coding, use of mobile diagnostics, spinal decompression, cold laser, and navigating your way within the managed care arena during appeals or contract concerns, are common client issues.

Fee: $250.00 per month

 

Services: We will evaluate your particular style of documentation and reconcile the CPT codes you submitted for payment to the services you documented.

We will provide a written report with specific recommendations to improve your documentation and coding procedures. We will discuss our findings and recommendations and answer your concerns.

 Instructions: Forward 5 sanitized daily treatment notes. (all patient and payor identification removed) by fax, email or USPS.  Include CPT codes submitted for the services provided on each of the five visits.
